Mr. Parras began using new media tools to build successful coalitions, networks, and campaigns for the next 25 years in the environmental & climate justice movement and arts & education community.  Bryan has organized delegations, caravans and symposiums bringing diverse communities together and mobilizing them for action.  Bryan has worked with local stakeholders, policy makers and a cross section of government bodies to identify potential health threats to vulnerable communities living in high-risk areas like the Houston Ship Channel across the country. Bryan’s success comes from working with grassroots BIPOC communities rooted in culture, collaboration, and celebration.
